Dawn Maciocia is an artist, designer and UK manufacturer of homeware, gifts, wall art and prints. If you are a small independent retail shop or have your own online store and looking for original designs and products made in the UK, we would love to hear from you.

However, we do not support our products being sold on 3rd party sites such as Ebay, Amazon or other online marketplaces.

Our website is now open for orders after an annual break. Orders may take longer to process than usual as we are currently experiencing a large volume of orders. We are working as quickly as we can to process all orders. Please be patient.

TRADE TERMS - SIGN IN FOR FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NEW CUSTOMERS : Minimum order £200 ex.vat (unless placing an order for Greeting Cards only then MOV is £100 ex.vat). We will contact you for additions if our MOV is not met. Payment can be made by payment in full at checkout or requesting a pro-forma. Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received.

SUBSEQUENT ORDERS : Our minimum order for returning customers is £100 (ex.vat and shipping) but products must still be ordered by their minimum order quantities (see below).

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES: Products must only be ordered in the minimum order quantities shown on website OR SURCHARGES WILL APPLY.

Carriage Paid:

UK Mainland £350 ex.vat (<£350 = £12.50 shipping)                                                                                                                                     

Highlands & Islands, Extended & Remote areas £650 ex.vat. (<£650 = £15 - £25 shipping)

Payment:                                                                                                                                                                                                                  New customer orders payable on request of pro-forma or by paying at checkout or via BACS.

We may offer 30 day payment terms at our discretion for Customers who re-order within a six month period. Customers who do not re-order within a six month period after accepting our terms, or fail to pay within 30 days will revert to payment on pro-forma.

VAT INVOICE: Your Vat invoice will be emailed to you after your order is dispatched.
